CGSA: The Canadian Game Studies Association
About CGSA
On June 17, 2005, at the DiGRA conference in Vancouver, a small gathering of Canadian game researchers took place in Ballroom I of the Renaisannce Hotel, the conference venue. There we discussed the creation of a national group for the support of games research in Canada.
We held CGSA 2006, a SSHRC-funded Symposium, at York from September 21-24, as the first in what will hopefully be many opportunities for this young network to grow and develop.

Membership
The CGSA invites one and all for membership. If you would like to be a contributing member to the Canadian Game Studies Association, please download the following form and mail to the address therein. We do ask for a $10 membership fee to cover the costs of organizing events.
